The Offer

• The New Zealand Automobile Association Incorporated (‘NZAA’) is offering $50 voucher for AA Auto Centres (‘Offer’) to those who draw down a loan from AA Money between 14 October 2024 - 27 November 2024 ‘Offer Period’).
• The $50 voucher can be redeemed on Gold, Silver, Bronze, or EV Services only. Not to be redeemed on other services such as WOF.
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• The Offer will be sent as a unique code via email upon the disbursement of the loan.

Eligibility Criteria

• Secure and draw down a loan with AA Money within the Offer Period
• In the event of a joint application, the discount can be applied once only.
• By accepting the Offer, you will not be eligible for any other offer in conjunction with your loan, other than the $50 AA Member discount on the establishment fees.
• Your application for a loan is subject to standard lending criteria.
• NZAA may at their discretion refuse to offer the discount to any customers whose eligibility is in question.
• This Offer is open to New Zealand residents only.
• Employees, contractors, and their immediate families (including partners, siblings, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren) of the following, are not eligible for the Offer: NZAA and subsidiaries of NZAA; NZAA District Councillors; any company with which the NZAA has a current joint venture agreement; shareholders and suppliers of NZAA, including agencies, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and affiliated providers.

Limitation of Liability:

• NZAA, its related companies and agencies association with this Offer, will not be liable for any loss, claim, cost, expense, liability or injury (‘Loss’) suffered by any person in any way associated with the Offer, except where such Loss cannot be excluded by law.

General:

• The voucher must be taken as offered and cannot, whether in whole or in part, be redeemed for cash, transferred, or exchanged, except at the promoter’s sole discretion. All other expenses associated with the prize is the responsibility of the winner. The voucher cannot be used after the expiry date listed in the voucher.
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of this offer at its discretion and to extend, modify, postpone or cancel the offer at any time.
• The Promoter’s decision in relation to the offer is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
